Built close to the water

The accommodation building is located on land side within a flood protection system. The new building is designed as a compact, four-storey, solid building without basement, with a curtain wall made of façade panels and a superimposed technical centre.
The building contains individual living rooms including an integrated wet room and other common uses such as tea kitchens, cleaning and drying rooms. Access is via two internal staircases.
The existing connection to the road network of the property will be maintained.
In principle, the assessment system Sustainable Building NBB has been applied for construction projects of the German Armed Forces.
